CAFA and Prevent A Litter (PAL) missions are to improve the lives of dogs and cats in Oregon through low-cost spay/neuter programs including trap/neuter/return (TNR) for cats.

Cans for Critters is a partnership between CAFA and PAL to raise money for spay/neuter for cats and dogs in the Salem area.
